There should be no mandate to this.  There is no reason for this.  Multiple reasons one should not be forced; religious, concern over safety of experimental drug, liberty (my body my choice), science (already had virus so have natural antibodies).....  This virus is not overrunning societies to cause mandates that take away liberties from citizens.
