The Vaccine Companies are not liable. The state & schools are.

Whatever you decide remember non-liability for the vaccine manufacturers stops with them. If even one child is injured, regardless of how rare it is, the state, the counties, the schools will be liable.

Any sensible parent will sue the pants off anyone who forced their child to take a EUA vaccine against their wishes to attend a *public school*. Remember public schools cannot legally discriminate either.

Think long and hard if a mandate for children 12 and older makes financial sense. I foresee many lawsuits on heart issues. I foresee many lawsuits of discrimination banning kids from public schools.
