Vaccine is necessary for the viruses that do not mutate, that's why vaccine like polio saves lives. However, covid mutates too frequently and therefore vaccine doesn't do any good to prevent covid. And facts proved it. Look at Israel, Singapore and Australia. With higher vaccinated population, the death rate is also high in those countries. To completely get rid of the virus is not possible and we have to learn to live with covid, it is like a serious flu anyway. We never mandated flu vaccine, why different for covid.
