Aloha,

In a free society, you cannot mandate Medical choices. Seeing as all people deserve to have bodily autonomy, the fact that this is even being questioned is something that would make our forefathers roll over in their graves. 

Stay in your lane, provide education, work towards making sure our next citizens grow up well-informed. Do not mandate Medical issues. Make sure you do not make these decisions, which are not yours to make, for my child, or any other.
