Vaccinations are a good thing, but they should not be mandated.  Proper education and communication are needed to help people and parents made their own informed decisions based on what is best for their families.  Mandating vaccinations will put an enormous burden on schools.  If there absolutely have to be mandates, exceptions for both medical and religious reasons must be allowed.
