In Griswold v. Connecticut the U.S. Supreme Court recognized personal privacy as a fundamental liberty.  Roe v. Wade was decided upon this principle.  If the right to personal privacy to have an abortion is protected, within which one person is killed, the right to personal privacy clearly exists when choosing to receive, or not receive, a vaccination.   When the option to hold ones religious beliefs is not allowed any mandate will once again violate the Constitution.   This mandate is ill-conceived and reckless.   It will involve the State in numerous costly legal proceedings and I as a tax payer to not appreciate some bureaucratic agency making rules that waste my tax dollars, much less demonstrate a tyrannical approach to subjugating the citizens of the state.
