I have heart disease and diabetes.  I’m not sure that I want to be putting an experimental vaccine into my body at this point.  There are no longitudinal studies telling me about the safety of the vaccine.  Many people have died who have had complications from the vaccine due to existing health conditions.  I would rather take my chances with Covid, which, incidentally, I have already had and survived.  It was simply like the flu. I am not worried too much about what the future brings except for this vaccine which is being mandated in various vocational circles. I enjoy LIBERTY as an American citizen.  This sounds more like tyranny.  I believe my antibodies will suffice.

Also, why the scare among students?  I teach in SCPS and masking is not being done correctly among many of our students.  I spend more time checking on masks, cell phones, and proper pronouns than teaching students.  It is disruptive/distracting.  Wish we could get back to the business of Education.  The covid survival rate among students is more than exceptional.  Many are a symptomatic.
