No to mandate

As I read through the public comments I find an overwhelming number of parents voicing their opinion on this potential mandate. The majority (by a landslide) do not want a mandate. This vaccines has been the most studied vaccine ever in the USA, however it has only been studied for its short term effects. The long term effects have not been determined and leave a lot of room evaluation. If this vaccine had 10 years of data behind it, I would have zero issues choosing to vaccinate my children. Without a long term study, I will not vaccinate my child against a illness that is less deadly for their age bracket than the measles! At the end of the day, there should be no mandate for children under 18 on a vaccine that has limited data. They have a long life ahead of them and we don’t need to risk their future health for a illness that has a survivability rate of over 99%
