The Bill of Rights, Amendment I, gives Freedom of Religion and its free exercise. A Satanic mark of beast does not qualify as "security". The vaccine, admittedly by statistics in Israel, Portugal, Iceland, and various other countries as well as the USA, does not qualify to do anything other than the flu shot.
Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibits discrimination based on religion in terms or conditions of employment. That includes harassment of employees for their religion.
The right to swing ones' fist stops at anothers' nose. This is where this parent posting to control others' bodies has to learn boundaries and respect for others. That includes their religion and or sincerely held religious beliefs. Along with quite a few other non factual beliefs, it is past time for Americans to be ruled by facts and not wild feelings. I have yet to meet a true person who can go against the medical information I have gathered, showing that the vaccine is not what it is, the death rate is not what it is, and people are unable to think past the latest mainstream social media that they allow to control themselves, into thinking this is what is portrayed. There is a lot more than what is here.
There are many people who lost their livelihood, people frightened into medical choices, over the past 18 months, due to the unreasonable and unsubstantiated thoughts by parents attempting to control others. Show me the figures/facts from a reliable source or that were written about from a reliable source, that 10th grade girls who are healthy, without comorbidities have a greater chance of dying from COVID rather than cancer, car accidents, 2nd hand smoke, pregnancy, flu, etc.
The parent listing this issue quoted 'too many infections' and 'possible infections'. I'd like to know how she got that information legally and can prove it in a court of law. I'd like to see whether or not she supports removing kids from getting to school in cars, because that is dangerous also, to the point of more kids killed by cars than COVID. I would also add the CDC Director just recently indicated that the vaccine doesn't stop infections, etc. so why is this utterly clueless about medicine parent asking that others be violated for emotional handwringing?
We, the ones who actually read data and look at other countries' papers, have the rights to attend everything just like everyone else, without being hit with parents who are unable to control their irrational fears. What should dictate health policy is not irrational minority or majority folks, it is real facts, real data, that can't be subverted.
