My husband and I are both teachers in VA.  IF mandates are forced upon us, we will be terminated.  For a government (which is supposed to be the picture of freedom for the world) to force mandates upon a people, is utterly disgusting.  YOU are not our physician and WE should have the right to refuse a treatment that we feel is not a good match for us, whether it be based on religious or personal convictions.  Virginia, you are choosing not what is best for your students, but to push an agenda that makes no sense right now.  People have to be tested that aren't vaccinated, but vaccinated can carry and spread it.  Vaccinated can still get the illness and can still die.  IF this was truly about our students, then ALL would be tested.  Those have refused this "vaccine" have been subject to bullying and coercion and I will NOT be part of this.  YOU will lose excellent educators and your students will bear the consequences.
