No Mandates and Test EVERYONE on-site

Given that the science is showing that viral loads are the same for the vaccinated and unvaccinated, we should be testing everyone if we really want to suppress transmission. We are treating the vaccinated with a false sense of security and superiority. It is unjust and discrimination. This issue is not political. If we want to make a difference in our schools and community, we should be taking temperatures, testing everyone on a regular basis, and offering Synchronous Distance Learning to those who test positive and are under quarantine. The toll on the teachers and school staff is alarming. Many are planning to leave. We have no subs now and we certainly will not have the staff in the future. We should have more options, not more mandates and zero flexibility and tolerance. Please do something now.
