This short note encourages the Board to not mandate a vaccination for school employees. Forcing an individual to violate their conscience or subject them to examination regarding a personal medical issue creates unnecessary friction in the workplace. While concerns are valid, forcing questionable procedures on individuals builds animosity and acrimony.
