When you send your kids to public school, something called locus parentis means that the schools act in your place as parents. They can jab your kids without your consent or even knowledge. Teachers, QUIT!!! Parents, PULL YOUR KIDS!! God tells us to educate our children at home, to train them up. Who’s training your kids and with what values if they’re spending more time at school than they do with you?? What values are they teaching your kids? Why are they teaching your kids their values in the first place? That’s what communist countries do; not free countries. Whether you’re a single parent, or both work, or your spouse is deployed, I promise you CAN do this. You are your child’s best teacher, the one to whom God entrusted you’re kids. Shepherd them. PROTECT THEM! For God’s sake, be their hero, stand up, and guard them. The Homeschool Legal Defense Association (HSLDA) has been running a bunch of free Zooms lately to help new homeschooling families navigate the logistics. Reach out to them. They’ve been helping families figure out schedules, state codes, curriculum- everything - for a long time. YOU CAN DO THIS!!
