I strongly oppose this petition and vaccine mandates which violate the Constitution of the United States, which upholds that all Americans are free to pursue liberty and happiness, and they have a freedom to practice their religion. To not allow religious exemptions is not only abhorrent, but unconstitutional and could be easily fought in court. This mandate would only cause division and wasted resources for the state of Virginia and her citizens

The data showing efficacy of the vaccines is still being developed, and there is a strong case for natural immunity being just as, if not more, protective than the vaccines available. There is no logic to this petition, it has been written and requested out of emotional discord. There is no data presented with this petition to support it's request. I strongly oppose this petition.
