With all the changes outlined in the manual is there a consideration of increasing the rates for billable units? If these changes are matching the commercial insurances then the rates should be the same as what the commercial insurances are providing if not this will impact a lot of families as ABA companies will not be able to maintain quality of care at the current rates.
