Whatever is decided, please keep it simple and allow providers to use the money where they need it most.

Providers of DD services are having difficulty recruiting and retaining staff and this will continue to be an issue as the state minimum wage increases.  Certainly DSP's deserve to be paid more than minimum for the tough work they do.  Allow providers to use the money as a bridge until a new rate structure is enacted.  

Also, the Supported Living rate should be the same as the Group Home rate.
