Thank you for your leadership on creating the emergency COVID-19 standard. Please develop strong standards/regulations related to heat-caused illness to protect farmworkers, construction workers, and other at-risk workers. The regulations should outline standards for access to water, breaks, and training, as well as air-conditioning in employer-provided housing. I have watched construction workers in our new development installing black shingles on days in the high 90s (while I could barely stand to be outdoors). Please help!
