This is absolutely a solution looking for a problem. I am in the auto repair business and we always look out for our employees. OSHA already has regulations to address workplace safety issues. The last thing we need is to create more regulations when sufficient regulations already exist. Please do not pass another burden on small businesses, the backbone of our economy. Politicians always claim to look out for small business, but rarely do.
