As a physician I have seen people suffering from heat illness, which can be very dangerous and even fatal.  With rising temperatures this is becoming more dangerous than ever.  Outdoor workers are at particular risk .  Because of this we need to enact regulations to protect them, such as cooling breaks , access to water, and training about preventing heat illness for both employees and employers.
