I am an avid smallmouth bass fisherman and often fish on the Shenandoah and Potomac Rivers.
4) What you think about the pending regulation
I strongly support the pending regulation to further control chicken litter. We need to do more in Virginia to keep agricultural waste such as chicken litter from entering our streams and rivers. The waste is detrimental to the aquatic ecosystem and the health of fish.
