Jeff below are my comments.

We need to keep Arsenic laden chicken waste out of our water supply and off of our food producing agricultural land.  We need to keep track of this toxic chicken waste and cease the use of Roxarsone in Chicken Feed that results in the presence of Arsenic in chicken waste.
