The regulations from the SBE must require that drop boxes be collected immediately after polls close, 7PM on November 3rd. Zero additional ballots may  be accepted via Drop Boxes after that time. Otherwise, fraud is permitted just the same as allowing people to simply vote in person days after the polls are closed.
