I am demanding that the State Board of Elections adhere to existing law concerning absentee votes.  By allowing absentee votes to be delivered to the Board by the Friday after the election with no proof that they had been submitted on or before November 3 begs for voter fraud.  We are a nation of laws and its high time that people in government actually start to follow them.
