Evv is violating the consumer's rights.  There is nothing, but wasteful spending to pay for evv.  We can't get a a wage that's competitive with a fast food joint.  Then Medicaid has said that live ins are exempt, but the fiscal agents want everybody on the same page to make it easier for them.  Easier for everyone except the ones doing the work.
