Many people are reporting that paperwork has come to a halt during the current crisis.  CDCN and PPL aren't processing new hires, answering emails, answering phone calls.  It is impossible to get APP errors fixed (when the app incorrectly records time or magically erases the entries.)  EVV is a nightmare.  Even during this crisis where significant numbers of people are unemployed people still won't take this job.  Please stop EVV.
