Live ins live WITH the client.  Both are essentially being tracked at the same time.  It is a violation of privacy rights and many feel compelled and forced to comply.  I read a letter recently from a parent that states unless they comply with EVV, they will be subject to disciplinary action and/or termination.  In many cases there are no other employers for them to go to depending on their area.
