My attendant has fourteen hours logged that she didn't login and I didn't login.  They just appeared.  I talked to someone at the fiscal agent early last week and explained it to him and he had to send an email to get the hours removed.   It wasn't changed as of Monday, so I sent an email.  Still no change, so I called today and left a message.  It's like freaking crickets there.
