Celltrak said CDCN accidently disabled activation!  It is going do be down for a while!  Why are folks being subjected to this unprofessional treatment?  There is really no excuse for all the bugs, errors, etc...!  All this difficulty to subject LIve-ins to unnecessarily?  Live-ins should have never been added to this difficult process!  Many are going to higher cost services as a result!  Many are just quitting altogether!  Possibly that was Virginia's plan.  I am sure more will end up in large group placements over this mess.  Really sad when you think about how many are going to die of neglect and abuse during the crisis because the government won't allow visitors in nursing homes.
