we have 2 home visits a month by two different case workers one from the CSB and one from the service facilitator ..  It is also my understanding by DMAS and Waiver regs we are supposed to get the client to a dr for a physical one time per year. 

there is already a lot of oversite that is already costing Medicaid a lot 

below is a portion of something someone posted today about the CSB worker's visit 

"I wanted to touch base with you regarding a visit for today. I know that you are keeping up with the latest information regarding Coronavirus and the ever changing precautions that are being taken. With that said, I was advised today that our visit today should be brief. If you are comfortable, I will come by and check on you through the glass door. I know it seems odd and out of the ordinary, but I want to make sure that we are both taking the precautions necessary so that you do not get sick. I will plan for another time to come by and chat with you soon."

EVV is cutting time by not capturing the actual times people log in and the time it takes to log in cutting the people off etc...
