I am about ready to pull my hair out. My attendant could not use the app this week, tried to use portal, but historically it will save her time submissions and not submit them. Now neither one of us can use her portal on a mobile device as its asking for the address, and when we click same as client it just sits there and looks at us. Nothing. No response. So, I open up a laptop, mind you while trying to juggle new baby, and the website doesn't even want to load to get to portal. Portal takes forever to load and cannot find said attendant or any other. I am losing my every loving mind. Nothing works.
