"Community: Relationships with family, friends, and people in the community are very important and at the center of planning" is the second Person Centered Principle promoted by DBHDS. 

If family and friends are so important, why is DMAS threatening institutions if there is not compliance with EVV?  Why is DMAS not listening to family and friends when it comes to EVV?  Why was all planning for EVV done without family and friends if they are so important?
