It is not a simple clock in and out procedure when you have to make "selections".  In my thirty plus years of caregiving there will always be something that comes up that doesn't fit these selections.  you can't put my child in a box!  I am being forced to select something that doesn't fit the situation and will "flag" us as being noncompliant.  Not right!
