Broken phone

I have an attendant whose phone broke.  She has a new phone.  She left a message two weeks ago to go about what should be a simple process of being able to register her self on another device.  No one has called her back therefore she can't enter her hours.  This company should be just as accountable to us the way we are forced to be accountable to it.
