DMAS is telling our elected law makers that they must spend large amounts of money to reidentify live in providers that are already identified.  Live in providers are registered with the fiscal agents; IRS, Va Tax department, Va Employment Commission, and actually already with DMAS.  I don't know it this is just a case of DMAS not knowing what the "right" and "left" hand are doing;  If the admin with DMAS are just too stupid to care;  If DMAS just wants consumer directed to die so disabled will be killed over quicker in nursing homes..   I don't understand DMAS' point of view.  But the fact DMAS wants to spend more tax payer money to reidentify providers is just so wrong.
