I submitted a question through the "contact us" on the app about them changing my hours from 40 hours to 39 hours and 45 minutes.  I filled out all the requested information.  I got a reply back saying I did not give attendant Id, birthday, and ss number.  They didn't ask for these items on the form.  After 3 weeks, needless to say, they never answered the question.
