the CCC+ Medicaid coordinator/ case manager… funny isn't it … this is with Medicaid nothing to do with waiver... another massive money waster .. did we need care coordination through the insurance company? this has been around since 2017... I know several people who don't bother to speak with the people at this point... (nothing to do with Waiver services... they lumped all people with disabilities on a different kind of Medicaid and you supposed to have a care coordinator … nothing more then a waste of money :( insurance company gets to bill for care coordination and paid for it ... it was supposed to save a bunch of money and ensure people got needed care and preventative care https://www.richmond.com/.../article_7049a3bf-4a9a-5a06...
but that isn't what has happened... they offered no help and just want to complete their form so they can bill DMAS
