One GPS tracking device violates privacy of persons it is not supposed to even be tracking

EVV is a violation of my privacy! Not just my adult child's privacy.  If our attendant cares for our special needs adult child on a weekend night, so we can go out, Virginia knows when we are not at home and knows where my adult child is.  How secure is that?  Do I want my private habits recorded on a regular basis and the risk that involves?  No!  EVV does not just violate my child's right to privacy, but ours as well. My adult child should not have to worry about going out on a date (with assistance) knowing the government knows their every move anymore than I should be concerned about my habits being tracked by default.  I worry about my adult child, but why should the government have a right to be concerned as well?  So many persons' privacy is being violated by this GPS tracking; not just one.
