This Electronic Visit Verification sounds like a violation against the rights of the disabled.  It appears Virginia may be violating Virginians with disabilities dignity and human rights through the use of Global Positioning Systems (GPS) and biometrics.  This type of monitoring is a direct, excessive violation of the privacy and potential safety of individuals living with disabilities and, more than likely, a HIPAA violation.
