Live Ins should not be required to use EVV

I am a live in caregiver for my adult daughter.  It is extremely difficult to find people to serve as caregivers because of the needed hours, low wages and lack of benefits.  I cannot work a full time job and care for my daughter. EVV is burdensome and intrusive in our lives and it is challenging to remember to stop and clock in and out in the middle of normal daily routines.  Twice in the last few months our ability to submit hours was lost without any notice to my daughter or her caregivers due to other people turning in documentation late or incorrectly which took several weeks to correct each time.  This was not the fault of my daughter. Her other caregivers almost quit each time out of fear they would not get paid. Follow the Federal guidelines and exempt Live Ins from using EVV.
