I am a care recipient and EOR.  I am finding it very hard to hire workers due to EVV.  Why is it that I pay for a large portion of my care every month with my own funds through "patient pay" and I have no say about the forced use of EVV?  My personal funds are spent down to COLA levels to pay for a large part of my care and I have no say.  I am really not sure that is legal!
