EVV DESTROYS INDEPENDENT LIVING

We have lost caregivers because of problems across the varying states with EVV. The inconsistent information or lack therefore of information has caused chaos. No one had enforced states to follow the implementation process as written into law but everyone has allowed the tech vendors to profit off of the loopholes in legislation.

It is time to stop the disgusting transfer of funds from tech companies to pockets of legislators and man up to what had happened and cut them off. Biometric Privacy is a Civil Right. It shouldn't be a forced obligation because of a payment source for homecare that people need to survive... EVV is not a time clock for providers. When something required you to get an education beyond what you have it also not helpful. When your pay for caregiving is less than what people get flipping burgers it starts to make people wonder if they want to stay in this field, thus leaving the most vulnerable in a caregiver crisis yet that is where we are as many have left the field because of the complicated detrimental effects of EVV.

Every 8 Seconds someone new needs a caregiver. One day that might be you. Just because you got money In your pockets now and you might never need Medicaid someone somewhere does. They shouldn't be subjected to this level of surveillance just to have the ability to have care.

EVV IS DESTROYING THE LIVES OF THE DISABLED TRYING TO LIVE INDEPENDENTLY
