I have a significant physical disability and need attendant care to keep me out of a nursing home.  EVV is having a negative impact on my life and I can't find attendants willing to work my job because of it.  This has caused my depression to get worse.  I won't go into the rest of it cause I don't need a CSB worker "not helping me."  But if DMAS really cared, or is the Olmstead Settlement really meant anything then EVV wouldn't be added to make it even more difficult to hire attendants.   Even in the economic impact state it is noted the fine for not doing EVV is small.  Virginia should take a stand for all the disabled people in our great state and refuse to track them like criminals.
