It is baffling how officials and DMAS staff sleeps at night knowing the position they are putting consumers and their caregivers in.  Virginia is going backwards and pushing institutionalization. Today many people I know got an email of non compliant EVV shifts. The apps required seldom work and the compliance is based on the app not working. Waiver recipients and caregivers are being framed. The CDCN portal has been down twice the last two weeks, Celltrak gives error codes- the only ones out it compliance are DMAS and the fiscal agents. Where are you, Governor? Do better for your people that need the most support!
