I hire attendants and I also have a live in.  My selection for those outside of live ins is becoming smaller and smaller due to evv.  No one wants this on their phones.  I may be relying completely on the live in at some point and need the relief of exempting live ins, so the participant can stay out of a nursing home.  The Cures Act was supposed to help drug addicts, not harm people with disabilities.  Right now, live ins are easily listed/notated with the SF and FA hired by DMAS and should be exempt post haste.  I don't know how I am going to keep the participant out of a nursing home if there is not some urgent relief.
