I cannot take much more of the EOR duties and evv has made it worse.  It is just too much for a non paying job.  Finding qualified help for $9.44 an hour is beyond difficult, especially if you live in a rural area.  The attendants do not always get paid for their work.  Numerous calls and emails to payroll go unanswered, take weeks to answer, or they leave you hanging by acting as if their hands are tied and referencing their IT is in a foreign country.  My services facilitator acknowledged that a lot of people have often not been paid, and there are so many issues with evv that prevent it form working correctly.
