Why is Virginia purposefully not listening? In Virginia, the ultimate consumer stakeholders (the disabled) were not given the opportunity to participate in the evv decision making process as required by CMS. DMAS intentionally attempted to shut down advocates of these stakeholders when the one page evv summary was sent to VA lawmakers to give to constituents who went to law makers to ask for relief in this restrictive process. Why?
