living with a disability means dealing with constant paperwork, never ending meetings, several government agencies, and having to sit through a litany of endless evaluations.  this is on top of a disability.  how many folks will not be able to manage the additional burden of evv?  disabled families don't tend to live by a clock.  they are just struggling to live. please exempt families from this burden.  they don't visit
