I am a live in mother/caregiver of a person with special needs.   This new cell phone app is a nightmare.   I have to mark on , mark off every day even though I watch my child 24 hours a day. I am constantly setting alarms to make sure I mark on and off. . In-home caregivers should be exempt.   I have had to pull over on the side of the road to complete the long app from Consumer Direct.   I would like my son to have another attendant but the mark on/mark off on the exact minute seem so difficult that we have not tried to hire anyone.
