The app rarely works properly
 

We have had difficulty with the app since it began! Half the time my attendant can't punch out or stop the clock, the other half the time he can't get it to start. It never picks the location up correctly, inside the house it reads service location unknown, but if you walk to the neighbors driveway it will pick up. This has caused a lot of stress when we are trying to clock him out in time, or its 30 minutes of wasted time trying to get it to work. I am not sure I understand how this is an improvement over the old system when he put his time in on the computer.
