Virginia has the opportunity to contribute to the physical and economic health of the Commonwealth and the nation by limiting and then eliminating the carbon output of its industries.  Climate change is real and threatens the well-being of all residents.  We must look to the future, and make the transition to clean energy for the benefit of ourselves, our children and our grandchildren.
